Our products
SELAKA jewelry is handmade in small batches in Ubud, Bali. Minor variations in color, finish, texture, and shape are part of the craft and are not considered defects.
Pricing
Prices are listed on each product page. Prices may be updated before an order is placed, but once a payment has been confirmed the price on that order will not change.
Orders & confirmation
An order is only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through our online checkout. Pending or failed payments do not create an order.
Right to cancel
SELAKA reserves the right to cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, was listed in error, or if fraud is suspected.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely through our approved payment partner, Midtrans. SELAKA does not store full card or bank details.
Customer information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details at checkout. SELAKA is not liable for delays, loss, or failed delivery caused by incorrect information.
Processing & dispatch
Because each piece is handmade, processing and dispatch times may vary from order to order. We communicate expected timing with each order confirmation.
Delivery & force majeure
Courier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. SELAKA is not liable for such delays.
Customs & import duties
For orders shipped outside Indonesia, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
