Shipping Policy
Every Selaka piece is handmade in small batches in Ubud, Bali and dispatched from our studio.
Coverage and cost
Online checkout currently ships to addresses across Bali, with delivery included in the product price — no separate delivery fee. International shipping is available on request (see below).
Processing and dispatch
Because each piece is handmade, dispatch usually takes one to three business days after a confirmed order. Larger or made-to-finish pieces may take longer, and we will let you know if so. Orders are dispatched via trusted courier partners; we share tracking details once your order is on its way.
Delivery estimates and delays
Courier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, traffic, or other events outside our reasonable control. Selaka Bali is not liable for delays caused by these factors.
International orders
International shipping is reviewed case by case based on destination, weight, and courier options. For an international quote, contact care@selakabali.com before placing an order. Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Address accuracy and lost parcels
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an address issue, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery — any additional courier costs may be charged. Lost or damaged parcels are handled under our Refund Policy.
