How to report an issue
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@selakabali.com with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue.
Resolution options
Replacement, store credit, or refund — depending on stock and circumstance.
Refund timing
Once approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method. Actual arrival time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Return shipping
If the issue is confirmed to be on our side, reasonable return shipping costs are covered by SELAKA.
