How Ordering Works
Ordering from Selaka Bali is direct and straightforward. Browse the collection, complete checkout, and we handle the rest from our studio in Ubud.
- Select your piece — browse the collection on our website and choose the item you'd like.
- Review your details — at checkout, enter your shipping address and contact information.
- Review your total — your order total, including any applicable fees, is shown before payment.
- Secure payment — complete your payment online. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Midtrans.
- Order confirmed — once payment is successfully completed, your order is confirmed. Pending or failed payments do not create an order.
- We prepare your order — our team in Ubud packs your piece with care. Because each item is handmade in small batches, processing and dispatch time may vary.
- Shipping — your order is shipped to the address you provided. Courier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, customs (for international orders), or weather.
- Delivery — you receive your handmade Selaka piece.
